How to Book an Asset
Browse Available Assets
1. Click on "Assets" in the navigation bar to view all available assets
2. Browse through the list of assets or use filters to find what you need
Check Calendar Availability
From the assets page, click 'View upcoming bookings' to see future bookings for that asset.
or
Click the calendar button in the navigation bar to view all asset bookings, you can switch between month and year views.
Make a Booking
1. Click "Book Now" on the asset's page
2. Select your desired dates
3. Fill in your details and purpose for the booking
4. Submit your booking request
What Happens Next
Email Validation
You will receive an email containing a 6 digit single use password (OTP). Enter this code into the booking validation screen. Once validated, your booking will be submitted for review and approval.
Admin Review
An administrator will review your booking request. They may contact you if additional information is needed.
Approval
Once approved, you'll receive a booking approval confirmation email.
A week prior to your booking you will receive a reminder email with links to relevant documentation for using the asset including a pickup location if relevant.
Booking Rejection
If we are unable to fulfill your booking request, you will receive an booking rejection notification via email. This is most typically due to an asset not being available or the inability to substitute the requested asset with another.
Important Notes
- You'll receive a reminder email 1 week before your booking
- If your plans change, please cancel your booking as soon as possible
